Brilliant breakfasts, Air NZ discounts, and Dead British….

Greetings Breeps!!

If you were a fan of 90’s pop music. You may remember a teeny bop band called BROS. Well, you can finally ‘Drop The Boy’ (groan) because they are now definitely men. matt-gossLuke Goss has gone on to become a successful actor in movies such as the “Blade” series and “Death Race 2” while twin brother Matt stuck with the singing and has become a crooner, taking up residency at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. I’ve seen him a few times and he’s brill. Matt has just performed at a benefit at the W Hotel in Hollywood for the charity Both Ends Burning. And let’s not forget the ‘other’ Bros member, Craig Logan, who went on to enjoy a very successful career in music management.

Thank you to our sponsors Air New Zealand, who treated us to a wonderful breakfast on Tuesday at Cecconi’s. Guests were greeted with their famous berry and banana smoothie, a full English brekkie and either a Bloody Mary or Mimosa. Air NZ also shipped in a mock-up of their new premium economy seats, and guests were invited to have a photo taken with a choice of either London or LA as the backdrop. We also announced a discount program exclusively for Brits in LA members, $100 off any economy flight, $200 off premium and $500 of Business/First. Make sure you are in our Facebook group to get the codes.

Congrats to Adele Taylor for answering last week’s competition correctly and winning key membership to Brits in LA. See below to see how you can join or enter for our new competition. (BTW : the question was, Name the Boy George musical Luke Evans starred in: The answer was “Taboo”.) A Key Members package is on it’s way to you, Adele.
