Got 12 minutes a day? Then you have time for a workout!

Health & Fitness

workout12 minutes a day is good all you need for a workout! At www.thebodycamp.com, our idea of short, intense, healthy workouts is important for multiple reasons. We will talk about them here and understand the importance of consistency and persistence in our daily lives.

We all understand and know today’s daily life is very full…… Family, work, friends, TV, food choices, the list is endless! Therefore we have created workouts which last only 12 minutes. it may not seem a long time, but if you do this every day for 5-6 days a week you will receive massive benefits to your cardio system, muscular systems and mindfulness.  We have developed at www.thebodycamp.com many different ways to exercise, which when put together in a certain sequence, will quickly deliver the LONG TERM results we all need  – to own that healthy mind and healthy body we all deserve and desire.

Here are 4 good reasons why……

1.  12 minute workouts are super efficient, and can be implemented easily in a condensed time frame—12 minutes a day.

2. –  if you had the commitment to exercising 12 minutes a day, like we do at www.thebodycamp.com, you will benefit more by exercising in three four-minute workouts, than doing the whole thing at once. This is because of a principle called synaptic facilitation—you are “ releasing the groove” of the body-mind connection and releasing feel good factor hormones into your system in a very short space of time.

3.  If you concentrate on the breathing, you can also help bust stress, simply by noticing the difference between the “power breathing” required during an exercise, and the unresourceful chest-breathing we use when we panic or are depressed.

4. If there is emotional reason to keep the weight, we will lie about our time and resources to prevent ourselves from having to deal with the pain, loneliness, or fear. If you reduce the minimum time for exercise to twelve minutes, it gets harder to lie. Dealing with the truth of our toxic emotions can encourage us to seek allies and new resources. Embrace healing and self-love.

We have also discovered that the habit of doing this daily causes people to extend the time period over a few weeks and increase the length of exercise to 20 – 30 minutes, as the exercise gets easier….

Everyone has 12 minutes. If you say you don’t…how the hell do you have time to be reading this?
