As we all wait with bated breath for the steamy bestseller 50 Shades of Grey to get its movie version greenlight, we can only satisfy ourselves with all the casting rumors currently swirling around Tinseltown.
The question on everyone’s lips is who will play the central lovers Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele?
Names already in the frame include Kristen Stewart and Elizabeth Olsen (pictured center).
This week alone, three new names were thrown into the mix: British actress Sienna Guillory (pictured top), Emma Watson along with Angelina Jolie (reportedly being eyed up for the part of the sexually adventuresome Elena Lincoln).
Insiders have said that Watson’s innocent look could be the perfect fit for Anastasia, but it is very early days yet.
The Harry Potter actress said recently: “I haven’t read the book, I haven’t a read a script, nothing….. There are so many movies you become attached to when I’ve literally never even received a phone call.”
Christian Grey contenders are said to include Ryan Gosling, Chris Hemsworth, Zac Efron, Alex Pettyfer and Vampire Diaries hunk Ian Somerhalder.
Even Jake Gyllenhaal would consider playing the part of Christian, according to my Hollywood spies.
