Oh dear, poor ol’ Russell Brand is in hot water again.
This time the 37-year-old British funnyman is being sued for allegedly hitting a pedestrian with his car.
According to court documents, plaintiff Victor Sneed alleges that he was struck by Brand’s car in Los Angeles last January .
The documents continue to claim that Sneed incurred hospital and medical expenses as well as a “loss of earning capacity” following the alleged accident, but does not specify as to Sneed’s alleged injuries.
In the lawsuit Sneed is seeking compensatory damages worth more than $25,000.
Easy target I’d say…
