Former Miss Great Britain Leilani Dowding has given British Weekly a sneak peek of her new backless designs on sale for the summer.
The sexy model-turned-fashion designer has already enjoyed some success with her Los Angeles based clothing line Leiluna Collection.
Stars such as Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton, LeAnn Rimes and supermodelAdriana Lima have all endorsed her popular frocks.
Leilani made the transition from successful glamour girl to up-and-coming clothes designer after she couldn’t find anything she liked in stores, so, she says, she decided to make her own.
Her latest creations are mix of baby pinks, pastel blues, and another in shocking pink paisley lace.
She told us: “I decided to make my clothes after I couldn’t find the perfect party dress. I think my backless designs encapsulate my idea of the perfect party frock.”
Leilani is currently in the early stages of launching ‘Leiluna Beach’ a collection of similar backless designs but made out of toweling.
She aims to launch the line later this year. Sounds like a win, win to me….
