Earplugs at the ready folks! Simon Cowell agreed to put his dignity on the line (for a good cause, of course)…by singing in public!

At a charity benefit in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, billionaire Power Rangers creator Haim Saban offered to make a staggering $1 million donation to the Friends of Israel Defence Forces if the X Factor Svengali sang the show’s famous theme tune with him.

After being pushed to sing it again, midway through his brief performance of Ron Wasserman’s Go, Go Power Rangers, Simon jokingly offered to donate $100,000 of his own money if he was allowed to stop.

Saban then agreed he could stop singing for $250,000. How could Cowell refuse?

Don’t get too excited though, Simon only sang the jingle once… Still, that’s a lorra, lorra dosh!
