THE BABC LA Transatlantic Law Council Program will host a new event on Thursday, May 22nd at the Law Offices of Polsinelli in Century City entitled: Technology Transactions: International Landscape, Maximizing Your Global Technology Transactions.
This event will review how businesses in the global economy protect, commercialize and maximize the value of their IP assets. Also discussed with be issues including technology transfers, software development agreements, joint development agreements, joint ventures, outsourcing and patent, technology and brand licensing. The event kicks off at 6-6.30pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by the program from 6.30-7.30pm. Networking reception to follow until 8.30pm.
