THE WORLD CUP is almost upon us and there are viewing parties aplenty cropping up among the local British expat community.
The British American Business Council is getting into the act, hosting a “Brazil World Cup Celebration’ to mark England’s opening match of the tournament against Italy on Saturday, June 14th, starting at 2pm. The event will be held at the Garden Lawn at the Four Seasons in Westlake Village. This will be a great opportunity for business networking, entertainment and between live streaming of the big game guests can enjoy Brazilian music and dancing from Patricia Peinado and Oya Brazil Samba, plus a muito bom tequila and mojito bar (what, no caipirinhas?), as well as gourmet cuisine and great auction and raffle prizes.
