THE ELEVENTH Annual Toscars went off without a hitch Wednesday night, capping a week of madness for Craig and I. It’s always a lot of fun but it also means a ton of hard work. Approximately 100 Brits in LA members have just under a month and a budget of $250 to make five minute parodies of this year’s Best Picture nominees. These are all voted on by the 200 BiLA Members who make up ‘ The Whacademy’. Then on the Wednesday before the actual Oscars, we screen our films and invite celebrity presenters to hand out the coveted Golden Fist awards to the winners. I was particularly excited that we snagged Janice Dickinson to present this year! As usua the event was a sell-out so if you didn’t manager to catch the movies on Wednesday night you can can watch all of them at TheToscars.com.

This year’s winners can be seen below, but the biggest winners were Dankest Hour and Call Me By Your Maid, both of which snagged four gongs.
As always we would like to thank our sponsors and supporters, please do check them out and support them wherever you can, as they make the whole evening possible!
