Mezhgan Hussainy has leapt to her own defence to dismiss rumors she is planning a tell-all memoir about her relationship with ex-fiancé – X Factor boss, Simon Cowell.
Reports had emerged claiming that Hussainy had taken steps to write the book after certain comments made in Tom Bower’s book Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell had cast her in a bad light.
However, though certain friends have revealed she was allegedly ‘furious’ at the music mogul’s past remarks that he grew bored of her; the 39-year-old make-up artist has no plans for a kiss-and-tell.
Sources close to Hussainy have stated that she is “not the type of person” to write a scathing book, apart from the fact ‘there wasn’t any reason to be scathing about Simon.’ Despite the break-up, she and Cowell remain extremely close.
A representative for Hussainy also confirmed,“[Mezhgan] has absolutely no plans to write a book of any sort.”
A Cowell confidant told British Weekly, “There will be NO book, this is all pie-the-sky stuff… Simon always remains friends with his exes; he is a caring and VERY generous man.”
“The woman of his past have no reason to rubbish him, he is always so good to them,” the source added.
